Official Contest Rules: Win a Photo Shoot for Your Dog
1. Contest Organization
The contest is organized by Cliché Animal. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with United K9, iCar, Instagram, or Facebook. By participating, the participant releases United K9, iCar, Instagram, and Facebook from any liability.
2. Entry Period
The entry period extends throughout the dog event. The draw will take place the day after the event ends.
3. Eligibility
This contest is open to anyone aged 18 and over, residing in Canada, and willing to travel to Vaudreuil-Dorion for the photo shoot. Cliché Animal employees and partners, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, the winner must complete the entry form available via the QR code at the Cliché Animal kiosk. Only one entry per person is accepted for the entire contest period. Any multiple entries from the same person will be automatically void.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of a 60-minute outdoor photo shoot, including 5 low-resolution digital photos. The total value of the prize is estimated at $300 + taxes.
- The shoot will take place within a 20 km radius of Vaudreuil-Dorion (J7V 0R2) and must be completed within a maximum of 60 days of the winner being announced.
- This prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, converted into cash, or combined with any other offer.
- The winner is under no obligation to purchase additional products. If they would like more photos, they can purchase printed or digital products, according to the Cliché Animal product guide.
6. Drawing and Prize Claim Conditions
- The drawing will be conducted randomly the day after the event ends.
- The winner’s name will be announced in a story on Cliché Animal’s Instagram and Facebook accounts (@clicheanimal) and in the email newsletter.
- The winner will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the drawing. They will have 48 hours to respond and accept their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Cliché Animal reserves the right to conduct a new drawing.
- By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Cliché Animal to use their name and, if applicable, photos from the session, for promotional and advertising purposes on its social media and in its communications.
7. Photo Shoot Conditions
- The participating dog must be up-to-date with its vaccinations.
- A maximum of two dogs per session is permitted.
- The dog must be kept on a leash at all times during the session, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Cliché Animal photographer and the dog’s owner.
8. Responsibility and Disclaimer
- The winner is responsible for their own transportation and all related expenses (fuel, tolls, meals, etc.) to get to the photo shoot location. Cliché Animal is not responsible for any costs or fines incurred during travel.
- Cliché Animal is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or monetary losses that may occur before, during, or after the photo shoot.
- The winner is responsible for their dog at all times. Cliché Animal is not responsible for any accidents or damage that may result from mismanagement or lack of supervision by the owner. By participating, the participant acknowledges that the photo shoot may involve risks and releases Cliché Animal from any liability related to these risks.
- The winner accepts responsibility for their pet during the Photoshoot. They release and indemnify the photographer and Cliché Animal, their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, damages, claims, or expenses (“Damages”) that may arise as a result of or in connection with the winner, their guests, and the dog(s)’ visit to the studio or photoshoot location, including, but not limited to, any damage to people, other animals, their dog(s), property, merchandise, or equipment. The winner accepts full responsibility for such damages and agrees to supervise and control their dog(s) and guests to ensure the safety of all persons present. He certifies that, to the best of his knowledge, his dogs are free of disease, parasites (such as fleas, ticks, or mites), and any aggressive or unusual behavioral traits (such as marking or resource guarding), and has no reason to believe that his dog(s) will cause injury or damage to anyone or anything.
9. Right to Modify Rules
Cliché Animal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time, without notice, if unforeseen circumstances so require.
